Corruption at the core
I am from Buenos Aires and very aware of the scams , that really start at the highest level of government , from the President , most corrupt official in the history of Argentina , all the way down to the street level thug.

This is very accurate and true information. My son ws in Bangkok early May 2013 and experienced very similiar scam by restaurant causing a stir and demanding more money than original quoted cost for a meal (which was not eatable)
