Thomas & Friends: Thomas' Sodor Celebration!

So far the best Thomas DVD due to great extra features
What sets this Thomas DVD apart is the excellent bonus features that are well done and my child actually enjoys doing. In addition to the hour ro so of episodes you get "storybook adventure" which is a story done in computer animation with problems to solve between every scene. the problems are radomized a bit so you kid can nto just memorize everything. also included in the special features is a read along story (thomas birthday party) where the words light up when being read. at the end there is an option quiz. there is also a gallery with the major characters pictures and bios amoung a few other things.

i wish all the kid dvds had such quality interactive features. heck i would get the dvd just for the above mentioned special features.

Best season 8 compilation so far
This Thomas video was too bad. The stories are good and season 8 has grown on me. There is the usual seven stories on here and three activites and a music video. It's funny have the story on here entitled Fish has the exact same name as the story from season 4 called Fish. The stories on this dvd are:

THOMAS SAVES THE DAY 8/10:

Thomas isn't very good at turning the sharp bend around the mountain so he has Annie and Clarabel guide him. But on day, he doesn't have his two coaches with him and ends up crashing on the sharp turn. The next day, Thomas must stop some runaway trucks but can he make it pass the mountain bend?

DON'T TELL THOMAS 8/10:

There is a surprise that everyone on the island is planning for Thomas and Thomas gets suspicious when he hears the other engines talking about it. He soon gets mad when nobody will tell him about the surprise. At last the surprise is ready but Thomas is nowhere to be seen.

Buyers Beware
I ordered this item for my nephew because it was a limited edition and the pictures of the item showed that it came with a gold Thomas toy train.
When I received my order the item said limited edition but had a blue Thomas instead of the gold one. I had them call me due to the wrong item, and the young lady said she would send a replacement order. I received the second one and it was the same thing, another blue Thomas toy. I called back and the guy told me they had removed the picture and he would refund my money. That still leaves me without what I ordered. The rating is for the seller, not the product.

So to make a long story short,

DO NOT ORDER THIS IF YOU ARE WANTING THE LIMITED EDITION GOLD THOMAS

because if you are like me, it will be blue.
