We are a family on a mission to find shows that will entertain our family as well as protect my kids eyes & ears. This show foots the bill. It promotes integrity and doesn't glorify violence. My husband and I give this show two thumbs up!
Lone Ranger
Great old series! Good acting and fun to watch. No bad language, so any age can watch. Also, the Lone Ranger never kills anyone and lets the law do the punishing. I recommend the Lone Ranger.
Must See If You Plan On Watching the 2013 Re-Make Starring Johnny Depp
The 2013 re-make has terrific visuals but a confusing storyline. I was looking forward to learning how The Lone Ranger got his name, his mask, his horse, and, of course, his sidekick, Tonto. But I left the re-make scratching my head since the storyline was trumped by all of the special effects.
On the other hand, the 1st season of the 1949 original TV show, made a lot more sense. I found the story, the dialog, the photography, and the overall production value much better than most TV shows of that era (or even this one). Check it out.
