Great program
I've watched all three seasons and can't wait for more. Call me strange but I'm captivated by the how the NTSB discovers the cause of plane crashes. I have come to really respect what those in aviation must do to prevent crashes. I've learned so much on how planes are build and how air traffic control and maintenance operations should be run. This programs good for anyone interested in investigative documentary's.
Hope there is a season 4
This is an excellent series for anyone interested in the subject but also for people interested in how to design systems to minimize human failure and/or mutliple system failure. As with the other seasons, one comes away concluding that most air crashes are caused by multiple coincidental failures, although some are caused by human beings not reacting properly, particularly under stress. Technically the series is very well done, with good effects and what appears to be a strong focus on accuracy and precision.
Very Entertaining & Informative
We love watching these shows; very informative and we learn a lot of how technology learns from mistakes to make sure the accidents do not re-occur
